Acting defense secretary calls Russian ship's move "unsafe"

I am trying to calm things down so that things like this doesnt happen in the future but I also have to be honest, it does look like the US ship is holding more of a steady course than the Russian ship, the Russia ship could have had avoided this easier if they choose to do so, I have to be honest, but lets just keep the cool heads floating and lets make sure incidents like this doesnt happen, it could easily fall out of hand then what ?? when I see things like this, I cant help admiring the sailors the captains in the Persian Gulf because things over there are so much more sensitive but it looks like things could go sideways anywhere, nobody wants that.
