US Navy releases video of near-miss with Russian ship

It is clear, the ship that is speeding to passby is responsible to keep clear, it is simple as that, no question about it, from the picture here, you can see the Russian ships trail turning toward the US ship to provoke, the picture speaks for itself, the US ship was sailing straight while the Russian one speed up and turned towards it, it is a clear provocation, you cant deny it, what if this kind of acts leads to an armed conflict, is this what Russia is striving for, they shouldnt act innocent, not in this case, they should instead punish the captain of that ship and own their mistake and leave it at that.
