Why Rand Paul still won't endorse Trump despite Biden's 'weakness'

I do hope Sen Rand Paul becomes president one day, that would be good for the US and the world I think, here you have a clear thinking gentleman a good man, I know some on the left think thats not a good idea because he is a hardcore libertarian not for any social programs of any kind but if Rand Paul could save money from by being less wasteful with peoples tax money surely you would have more than enough to spend some of it on social programs, its the wastefulness which is the problem here take care of that and you will have more than enough for all kinds of other good projects.
