If rat I mean brat means a genocidal bitch then I guess Kamala Harris is a brat, a ratty brat, if thats being brat I vote for the Anti Brat, but if brat means someone little bit messy, sometimes right and sometimes wrong and likes to party, the Donald Trump is The Brat and not Kamala because she is wrong on not just sometimes on some things, she is wrong on most of the things, so she cant be a brat, she is a phony brat, an imposter brat !
