I dont understand what the problem is with certain Arabs and Sunnis when they say the Zoroastrians worshiped fire and the sun, how ignorant do you have to be, or I think what the problem is, the issue is more than stupidity, lets just leave it there, the fact is the Zoroastrians worshiped the one and true God, they were monotheists, they didnt worship any sun or fires, the fire in their belief symbolized purity, in fact the Zoroastrians where so religiously while the Arabs worshiped pegan statues the Zoroastrians were monotheists, yet these people or some of them still feel they need to go on and bash the Persians for whatever reason they find.
You know, here is the thing, the Creator never send prophets and messengers to the best of mankind, He send prophets and messengers to the ones in desperate need of improvement, to the Semites, not because they were the best, because they were the ones who needed to be improved, not all succeeded in that, as we can see, for they still feel they need to put others down I dont know to feel better about themselves perhaps.
Now this story is about Salman the Persian, a remarkable human being with a faith more solid unlike you can get your hands on, a blessed man, so much so Prophet Mohammad said " in the end of days when there will be nothing left of Islam but its name, his people (Salman Al Parsi) salvation will come from" meaning a Persian will restore order once again.
Never mind what you hear in this clip, most of it is Sunni interpretations and narratives, here is the lesson you should take home with you, Salman Parsi was a seeker and in the story you hear thats what his true nature, a seeker of the truth whatever it would lead him, and he took great risks in pursuit of the truth, put everything in the line, absolutely everything, and thats the person you should seek to be like, never get satisfied that you have found the truth, the whole truth is so vast not in million life times you can get anywhere near it, and thats the truth, that should tell you something, that you are lost, in the vastness of the truth, be like Salman, then you might get somewhere, somewhere just close to the truth, if you are fortunate.
