A 9/11 first responder's final message

Medicare for all, thats what needs to happen, and it would cost half of what it is expended today, but for now just past the bill and have it done with it and do NOT stress these people out, its eating them up and you will end up with extra expenses too, you hear it from themselves, its the damn stress that is most unnecessary, its inhumane how they have been treated.
