Rights groups slam Egypt’s government over Morsi’s death

He could have been poisoned with some kind of gas in that chamber, but you never know with these evil bastards, I am sure they used something that cannot be traced but give your best and look into it, in any case Sissi is responsible for his death, the blame is on him and should pay for it, if you can get him out of office do it then dig a deep hole somewhere and throw him there, till he dies.
