Congress urged to pass shark fin ban

I am absolutely for a shark fin ban, sharks are the vacuum cleaners of the sea and they catch them cut their fins while they are alive and then throw the rest of the body into the sea, its sick, and think about it, they kill a whole huge fish just for a kilo of its meat and get rid of the rest, I cant believe its even happening in this day of age it should get banned in all civilized nations.
