Iraq Protests: Saad al Muttalibi, Member of Baghdad Local Government

Iraqs problems cannot and will not get fixed with only the removal of the prime crime minister and new elections, what about those other corrupt individual inside the System waiting to replace the president and start everything all over again, the problem in Iraq is systemic and deep rooted, the Iraqis want to restructure EVERYTHING, everything !! one way is to establish a council that ensures none of those inside the System can ramin at their posts, this list can get up to perhaps 10 000 officials or people that have a position inside the System, they all must go.
