Boris Johnson: London Bridge attacker was not suitable for release

I have been for two whole days searching on Google maps for a suitable desolate island in Antarctica and I think I just found the place,its far from  civilization and its has a lot of penguins huge like polo bears with teeths bigger than baboons, these are some freaky dicky penguins man, must be genetically engineered or something, I will publish my findings is the Wicket Science Magazine next week, in any case, its there we should send these suckers.
