A One State under God for all people of the Holy Land is the only solution, dont waste your time otherwise, nothing else will work, no such deal will ever work if you only sit down with not even the relevant leaders, and even then if the people on the ground wont accept it then what are you wasting your times on, if I were you, if you really want to make this deal, I would first discuss any potential deal with the citizens then its leaders, I would have gone the other way about doing this thing, but thats just me.
