Aircraft carrier to be named after Pearl Harbor hero

Beautiful story, so the next question is, when do I get my name on a ship like that ?? ohh wait, I have already secretly named my vessel USS Property  😉 what I need to know is, lawfully are private people allowed to name their boats beginning with USS or whats going on ?? if so then I am trademarking this name, USS Property.
