Bodycam video shows moments leading up to fatal shooting

Mr Brooks partly brought this upon himself, I am NOT excusing the officer who shut him with three bullets, not at all, you never shoot anyone in the back, and what happened to firing a warning shot first ?? I do not put any sorts of blame on the police officers until the shooting, they did everything right till it ended up with a tragedy, our police officers should NEVER ever target the upper body first before they have first fired of if necessary a bullet in the legs let alone shooting tree bullets in the back of a person, why three bullets ?? wouldnt one sot do the job even if you target the upper buddy, and we know these expanding shattering bullets the police uses, those bullets should be illegal !!!!!!! even one of those bullets anywhere in the upper body is a death sentence, those bullets are if I am not wrong banned in warfare, why it is legal to use against civilians, ban those bullets and also legislateso that before an officer targets the upper body of a suspect, they must have first targeted their legs first, other than that, please do NOT resist an arrest people, I know from experience its easier said than done at times but you need to restrain your anger at that moment and deal with the situation later in a calm manner.
