What a wise police chief Art Acevedo is, he is truly an asset a strong leader a great spokesman for the good officers out there, I wish him all the success in his work to solve this systemic problem within the departments he speaks for, what a super exciting times we are living in when we are witnessing massive social changes happening on many fronts, I couldnt imagine all these positive changes happening anytime soon in this fashion, this is wonderful, momentum !! :)
