One important reason why wise elected officials should advice people to wear a mask is to lesser the heavy burden it bears on the overall health care system, one reason less people are dying from the virus is because we are better in caring for people coming in, and if you didn't care for them they would have died, most certainly all of them, so you need hospital beds to care for these sick, now with 10 000 more cases for each day it doesn't take a genius to figure out that, if this continues, it will break the health care system, forget about what's going on in the rest of the country with all the implications this virus has brought, the health care system alone will run out of resources, this scenario is very real, it will affect everybody, so the best way to keeping on being on top of this virus is to make sure it doesn't spread that easy, do don't take your health and others health for granted and do something stupid like going to bars and other gatherings with poor air quality, just don't do anything stupid that's all, it's not too much to ask for it's nothing to struggle about.
