If there is no systemic racism in the police unions and departments then it is something all other institutions must learn from you, tell us your secret please, these four are not serious and its a unfortunate thing because they could have been part of the solution, now they are just idiots, I dont think it is too much to ask not to shoot a person in their backs while they are trying to escape from you, a normal person would have agreed, why dont you, giving policemen and cure lady officers ;)  a bad name, with the right leadership this wouldnt even had been an issue it would have been solved long ago.
