To Jesse, the Cold War is not over, it took a pause and for the past decade its on again, this time with the Chinese Communist Party, they are expanding their navy and we know their ambitions, total world domination, if they could, so no Jesse, our navy still need to be ready to open shipping lane corridors if people have other ideas, and also, a wise one would never say we have gone too far with environment, one can never go too far in keeping things not from falling apart, if you lose even 0,001% on the environment, it is still a loss, we dont like losses, we need to keep the charts going upwards and never downwards.
