I also as a person who grew up with universal healthcare although it was a MK Ultra version of universal healthcare but thats beyond the point for now, I also question this why cant everyone just have universal healthcare, like normal people, the answer is, this is I guess the (old) American way where everything is made to make profits of, even if this way of profit making shoots itself in the foot and later requires health treatment for the harm it cased itself, the new version of the American way is asking another question, they are asking why we cant be like everyone else, what makes us less worthy as human beings not to have the same privileges many other less wealthier countries has provided for their citizens, if they can do it for a third of the price, so should we !
