Biden could propose national mask mandate as part of COVID-19 plan

We have three options here, one is to do nothing, second is to go with a full lockdown test everyone clear each household and do that, third is something in between and go for a nationwide mask mandate cool the spread down till the vaccine is ready, Mr President Joe Biden wants to take the third middle path, its a good one I think too it will work. 

I am very much for having Major Buttigieg as the head of the Corona Task Force 2020 ;) or the spokesman of it he is the man for the job.
