You ladies have done a wonderful job all over, there is only one single little issue, that is the phrasing that has hindered your work to get to become easier and most effective, so while you are taking three steps forward you accidentally shoot one step, and it could be solved just by taking a half step back, in closing, you would have done better and gone farther if you have been more clear in your messaging, thats all :)
