Secretary of Homeland Security urges migrants not to come to the US

If we could buy ads from their own media channels in their own countries with the message that the borders are close and secure that would help those who are considering walking over here to consider not to, for their own good, I am sure there are those who are selling this idea to them that the borders are open and free for all, to make profits from these poor people, so we must counter their messaging, its a difficult spot to be in for everyone but those who are making these poor people believe the doors are open, they are to blame, not us no the migrants but them, the sooner we act the better for everyone.
