I have another brilliant idea and its the fastest and the cheapest way to pull the ship free, you need a team of welders to drill hundreds of holes from inside the hull, connect it to pipes and pump air though it so that the air frees the sand under the hull and also lifts up the ship enough for it to be pulled free, this would work as well, you can have it done within days.
