ICC prosecutor seeks full probe into Duterte’s drug war killings

I deem Duterte a mass killer, and he should be held accountable for his crimes against humanity, he is a blood thirsty lunatic, the question here is, did he solve the drug trade in his country, no he didnt, he only managed to kill tens of thousands without solving the issue, he should go to prison for this mismanagement and his personal orders to kill tens of thousands.
