Couple of things a successful country should provide to its people to stand truly successful in every sense of the words meaning is in my view these, free education for all, free healthcare system, and a environment free of poisons or anything that comes in conflict with the two earlier privileges, just like you as parents who wants to see and do anything for your offsprings to succeed, you provide a safe environment for them to flourish in, a safe home, you pay for their education you provide them healthy foods and you try to keep them your (investment) SAFE ! this is what you would do naturally on a micro level, now bring it to a macro level, on a national level, sure nothing is truly free, but see it as an investment, as you would do with your own kids, and I forgot about another thing you should provide to your kids on a micro level and as you should provide on a larger scale, and that is, the best public transport service, I dont like the public transport system here at all, the busses and the trains are not operating as frequently as it should, often times 6-7 hours inbetween, busses, an hour or more in between, it should be more like every 15 minutes inbetween, no wonder no one wants to wait for an hour or more just to take the buss here in town, this is what happens when you privatize everything, not good, not everything should be profit driven and privatized, it drags so many other things down with it, its true, we can see it, it should change !
