China and Philippines vessels collide in South China Sea

The Philippine navy is clearly the bad actor here anyone can see it, what the Chinese coast guard ship should do is to ram the pirates ship over never allow them to enter their territorial waters which belongs to CHINA, its theirs now, I just gave it to them its theirs am I a nice guy for what, people say I am.
