New revelation from admiral who oversaw alleged drug boat strikes

The many Americans I have learned to know were fine people, I cant imagine they would approve of killing survivors at sea in this manner, 98% of the Americans I learned to know I dont think would, this is barbaric uncivilized uncalled for, a sin ! murder !!
