I dont know who is in charge of this issue, if its the police department, politicians whomever, the issue is I would like to see motorists who doesnt signal when they make a turn must be fined, I see alot of arrogant drivers never signal when they make a turn, its dangerous AND it creates a bad culture in traffic, this an issue that need to be taken seriously, very seriously, the sooner you take action on this issue which is an important one the sooner you culture people and save yourself other unnecessary costs, we cant have arrogant young people dont give a damn and not showing respect for others in traffic.
