lol my cat used to do that, what I did was during the day I didnt let him sleep or take a rest so he could sleep at night instead, it worked for a while then he got back doing his thing, then I threatened him I will throw him out and he stopped all of the sudden, he is a rescue he knows he doesnt want to live outside again so he listened up now he is a perfect gentleman.
